The Role:

• You will be working closely with an established team of consultants and carrying out a varied admin support role while acting as first point of contact for our customers. Duties will include:
• Interviewing candidates through our online video platform and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Assisting the consultant in liaising with and supporting variety of clients on delivering exciting recruitment projects from one off specialist roles through to volume campaigns
• Writing job advertisements and dealing with responses
• Developing the skills and ability to carry out resourcing to find candidates through various proactive tasks
• Working to deadlines in order to find suitable candidates for jobs
• Managing a database of candidates, matching them to a variety of positions
• Sourcing leads and new business opportunities for the sales team
• Confidently dealing with candidates
• Working as part of a team to hit individual and team KPIs and targets
• Resourcing candidates through a variety of proactive tasks including using cutting edge technology to promote our vacancies and brand
• Providing general branch support duties
