Kennet Motors Limited is a fast-growing independent car dealership and vehicle repair garage, established in 2023 and based in Bracknell. We specialise in the sale of quality used vehicles and comprehensive mechanical services. As we scale our operations to meet increasing demand, including expanding to six-day workshop hours and launching new services such as MOT testing and vehicle imports, we are seeking a committed and skilled professional to join our growing team.

The Role:



We are looking for a hands-on, reliable

Sales & Technical Support Executive

who will support the day-to-day running of the garage and sales lot, with a focus on workshop coordination, sales processes, and basic technical diagnostics.

This is a hybrid role that combines operational responsibilities, customer interaction, and mechanical technical awareness ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workday and wants to grow within a rapidly developing business.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage daily sales and workshop operations, ensuring smooth coordination of repair jobs and vehicle preparation

Perform basic diagnostic assessments on vehicles to identify issues before in-house or outsourced repair

Liaise with mechanics, parts suppliers, and customers for job scheduling and progress updates

Assist with vehicle inspections, servicing, and preparation for resale

Support stakeholders with stock management, vehicle intake, and ensuring sales readiness

Maintain workshop organisation, cleanliness, and safety compliance

Assist with the setup of new services, such as MOT testing and vehicle import/export processes

Provide flexible support across a wide range of garage tasks as needed

Essential Requirements:

Strong understanding of vehicle repair workflows and garage operations

Basic mechanical or vehicle diagnostic knowledge

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and take initiative

Punctual, trustworthy, and proactive attitude

Desirable (Good to Have):



Previous experience in a dealership, garage, or service centre environment

Exposure to vehicle sales processes (UK or international)

Familiarity with workshop management or booking software

Knowledge of DVSA standards, MOT procedures, or import/export logistics

Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate)
