Duties

Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels. Participate in training sessions to learn about our products, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Shadow experienced sales representatives to gain insights into effective selling strategies and client interactions. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our our own system. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success. Attend regular meetings to discuss progress, share feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development, demonstrating a willingness to take on new challenges. Basic understanding of sales principles or previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals. Proficiency in using standard office software applications; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
