Recycle Southern is a rapidly growing Waste Recycling Company just on the outskirts of Chichester, looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Sales & Transport Administrator to join our friendly team and help to ensure the smooth running of a busy fast paced office.
Our offices can be extremely busy, so it is imperative that you are well organised, and able to cope under pressure, whilst always maintaining a friendly manner for customers and colleagues alike.
Duties to include: Answering the phone, taking bookings, processing payments, responding to emails, general administration, customer support, and liaising with drivers, yard staff and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, and be confident with a proactive, positive attitude - keen to learn all aspects of this thriving industry, which can include sales & marketing, accounts, transport, and compliance.
This is a full time permanent position - Monday to Friday (0800-1700) and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (0800-1300) on a rota. Hours may be varied slightly to ensure cover during absence.
Please note, this role would be initially based in Chichester, but relocating to Bersted at a later date (2026).
