As a Sales Property Valuer, you will play a crucial role in driving listings and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new listing opportunities through networking, prospecting, and client referrals.
- Conduct valuations and present the recommended pricing and marketing for the property
- Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Manage the listing process from initial valuation to going live, ensuring a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and other industry professionals.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
