This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of our clients who is a Wealth Manager. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to lead the development and management of a Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, requirements gathering, and product management principles as the new Salesforce platform will be implemented and a move away from the current. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives, leveraging methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritising features, and ensuring successful delivery through effective stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organisational goals.
Gather, analyse, and document detailed requirements from stakeholders
Prioritise product backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality against business needs.
Facilitate communication between technical team and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Manage product lifecycle from inception through deployment, including analysis of user feedback for continuous improvement.
Utilise project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of features.
Oversee the creation of test cases and coordinate testing activities to guarantee quality standards are met.
Provide leadership in cross-functional meetings; prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for stakeholder updates.
Understand the needs of end users (advisers, support teams, compliance, marketing, operations).
Map workflows across teams to identify where the CRM can streamline, automate, or improve processes.
Stay close to vendor roadmaps and industry best practices to anticipate future needs.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within software development environments.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities along with exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Act as the "product owner" of CRM in front of business stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Manage expectations across diverse groups with sometimes conflicting needs.
Partner with Training teams to embed new processes and features into day-to-day operations.

Pay: 60,000.00-80,000.00 per year
