Salary budget: - EUR12,133 per month

Working mode: Hybrid (WFO 2 days per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to several key Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Automation Cloud, Einstein/AgentForce AI, and Service Cloud. This role requires a commitment to staying current with Salesforce developments and the ability to dedicate significant time to each project as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Marketing Automation Cloud

Support the implementation of Marketing Automation Cloud from an architectural perspective, producing High Level Architecture documentation and adhering to the Company Architecture Principles. Ensure the interoperability of Marketing Automation Cloud with our existing implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM). Provide basic support and guidance for existing implementations.

SF Customer Enablement Strategy

Define and drive the architecture behind our Customer Engagement Strategy, utilising knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys. Propose relevant Proof of Concept/Proof of Value initiatives to help underpin the strategy and improve ways of working. Identify opportunities for automation to improve internal and external user experience.

SF AI Foundations

Stay updated with current and future AI developments at Salesforce. Collaborate with team members to leverage Agentforce/MS Copilot capabilities where there is established value for the Company. Support the integration of AI tools into our platform.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Automation Cloud and its integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Strong understanding of AI developments and their application within Salesforce. Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys. Ability to manage multiple projects and allocate time effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
