About The Role



As our Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will:

Speak with new sales and lettings enquiries and convert them into viewings Build relationships with buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords Manage and book appointments across central London Attend property viewings and learn how to handle client interest and offers Provide feedback to vendors and landlords, and negotiate deals Introduce our services to prospective clients and support lead generation
This role is critical to our team's success because it directly drives revenue and client growth, while providing clients with a seamless, professional experience from first enquiry through to successful sale or tenancy.

What We're Looking For



To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Some experience in sales or customer service (retail, hospitality, call centre etc.) Confidence speaking on the phone and strong written communication skills Natural curiosity and genuine interest in people - a great listener and problem solver Proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Comfort using email, phone and basic IT systems Familiarity with working to KPIs or performance targets is a plus
