CF10 Retail Ltd are seeking to appoint a Salon Assistant to join the team at the Barry Campus at Cardiff and Vale College, but you may be expected to cover other campuses.
They will promote yourself and the salon to the benefit of Urbasba. They will assist with the day to day running of the urbasba reception area maintaining high standards in customer service and the customer experience. They will assist with providing support for staff with resources and equipment to enable these sessions to run effectively.
They will also possess a first aid qualification (or be willing to work towards one), and relevant industrial experience (L3 Hairdressing) inclusive of customer services and reception duties. They will be willing to undertake further training to enhance the services offered to clients.
Welsh language skills would be desirable for this role.
We are looking for someone with technical skills and qualification to commensurate with the position. We also require the candidate to have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent organisational Skills and have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Additional considerations include the need for working shift patterns to meet the needs of the core business which will include evenings and weekends.
