This role involves managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various salon services. A background in barbering or beauty services is advantageous, as well as strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide an exceptional first impression of the salon.
Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organised schedule for stylists and beauticians.
Handle client inquiries and provide information about salon services, including beauty treatments we offer
Assist in upselling products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Support stylists by coordinating client flow and assisting with any necessary tasks during busy periods.
Address any client concerns or feedback promptly to ensure a positive salon experience.
Experience
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is essential, preferably within a salon or beauty environment.
Familiarity with store management practices is beneficial for maintaining an efficient workflow.
Strong communication skills are required to interact effectively with clients and team members.
