Naturals salon is world's fastest growing salon chain opening its first salon at Coventry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in our salon. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. As the Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales while maintaining our salon's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage salon staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve salon targets. Maintain an organised schedule for appointments and staff shifts. Handle Front desk, customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Oversee merchandising efforts to enhance product displays and promote retail sales. Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and service standards. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon. Staff ROTA Management Basic marketing and social media coordination

Qualifications

Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within the beauty or retail industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Demonstrated organisational skills with effective time management capabilities. Experience in sales management and retail management is advantageous. Proficiency in administrative tasks related to salon operations. A keen eye for merchandising that enhances customer experience. Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour
