Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality to all guests Assist with front desk duties, including appointment scheduling and managing client inquiries Support stylists and therapists with services such as eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and makeup application Engage in upselling services and products to enhance guest experiences Manage social media accounts by posting updates, promotions, and engaging content Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery

Skills

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Experience in customer service or guest services within a salon or hospitality setting Basic knowledge of management principles is advantageous Familiarity with social media management practices to promote the salon's brand Skills in eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, or barbering are desirable but not essential Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with clients
