We are seeking a highly organized, experienced,

and beauty qualified

Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. This key role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning while delivering exceptional client care and supporting the growth of our team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of salon sales, including setting individual targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive consistent sales growth. Oversee administrative duties such as rota planning, stock control, and payroll management. Supervise, support, and train team members to ensure high standards of skill, service, and professionalism. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized salon environment in line with company standards.

Carry out beauty treatments as required, supporting the team during busy periods and upholding service excellence.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong sales management abilities with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Experience in team leadership, coaching, and staff development. Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage several priorities simultaneously. Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail.

A minimum Level 2/3 (or higher) Beauty Therapy qualification is essential.

Must be confident and prepared to perform salon services to a professional standard.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
