Salon Manager

to lead our Bishopbriggs tanning salon.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service. Lead, motivate, and train the salon team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Manage staff rotas, stock levels. Drive sales through promotions, memberships, and retail product recommendations. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and salon policies. Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and handling feedback professionally.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role (retail, beauty, or hospitality preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Sales-focused with the confidence to achieve and exceed targets. Organised, reliable, and hands-on with a positive attitude. An interest in beauty, tanning, or wellness is a bonus!

Role Details & Benefits:

24-28 hours per week

(flexible scheduling).
