We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salon Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the salon, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
Lead, support, and train staff to achieve performance and customer service goals.
Manage staff schedules, stock control
Drive sales of memberships, tanning packages, and retail products.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer queries and feedback in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role (retail, hospitality, or beauty industry preferred).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Organised, reliable, and proactive.
Interest in beauty, tanning, or wellness is an advantage.
Role Details:
24-28 hours per week
with flexible scheduling.
Uncapped commission scheme
in addition to base pay.
