The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the salon's daily operations, leading a team of technicians, maintaining high service standards, and implementing growth strategies across all aspects of the business, including digital marketing, staff performance, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily salon operations to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive customer experience.
Lead and motivate the team to maintain high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service.
Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints or issues to maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.
Analyse financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
Monitor customer trends and ensure service offerings align with target market expectations.
Manage salon marketing initiatives, including social media strategy, promotions, and local engagement to increase customer footfall.
Identify and implement improvements to operational processes to maximise efficiency and reduce downtime.
Ensure all services and operations comply with relevant health and safety laws and best practices within the UK beauty sector.
Conduct regular staff training, appraisals, and performance reviews to foster a strong and skilled team.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Proven experience in managing a nail salon or similar beauty business.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively.
Track record of resolving customer complaints swiftly and diplomatically.
Demonstrated success in improving a salon's financial performance through strategic management.
In-depth knowledge of nail salon operations and client expectations in the local market.
