Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Salon.

The Salon Manager will be responsible for managing the sales, administrative, and team management aspects of the salon. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Salon and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of sales, including setting individual targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Oversee the administrative tasks of the Salon, such as rota scheduling & payroll.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized Salon environment.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Skills:
- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Experience in team management, including supervising and training staff members..
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-functioning Salon.

You

must

also have Level 2/3+ qualification in Beauty Therapy.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
