Salon Manager / Hairdresser

to take the reins of our busy salon and inspire our talented team.

Your Role:

This is a hands-on position combining salon management with hairdressing. You'll lead by example--styling clients while managing the team, driving performance, and ensuring the salon runs smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, and styling Manage day-to-day salon operations, staff scheduling, and client bookings Lead, support, and motivate a team of stylists and assistant Maintain excellent client relationships and handle customer feedback Monitor retail sales, manage stock, and place product orders Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards Ensure the salon meets performance goals and client satisfaction targets

What We're Looking For:

Qualified hairdresser with at least 8 years of experience on the salon floor Previous experience in a leadership or management role (preferred) Strong communication and team management skills Confident in all aspects of hairdressing and customer service Positive, professional, and highly organised Familiarity with Phorest salon software and stock control systems

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
