Elite Hair Lounge Professional award winning London salon is looking for a new talented Salon Manager.

What we look for:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive Attitude, well mannered and is able to work well in a team
- An open minded individual who believes in learning and growing
- Experienced in all fields of hair styling
- Serious and passionate about the trade
- Excellent skills in colouring and cutting
- Minimum of two years of shop floor experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Hair

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences in hair styling.
- Perform hair styling and barbering services, ensuring high-quality results.
- Manage store operations, including front desk duties and appointment scheduling.
- Mentor junior stylists and support their professional development.
-Stay updated on beauty trends, including eyelash extensions and makeup application techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to enhance the customer experience.
