Salon Manager (or Trainee Manager)
to join our team at ourGilmerton salon on Drum Street, Edinburgh
.About the Role
As Salon Manager, you'll oversee the
day-to-day running of the salon
, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance.Your responsibilities will include:
Managing staff rotas, holidays, daily banking, and reports Meeting personal and salon sales targets Providing outstanding customer service Leading, motivating, and developing your team Maintaining high salon standards at all times

hit the ground running
, with apassion for people, sales, and beauty
, and the ability to inspire others.About You
Minimum
1 year of experience
in acustomer-facing, retail, or sales role
Ideally hassupervisory or managerial experience
Confident, driven, and hands-on in a fast-paced environment Able to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekendsIf you're ready to step up, we also welcome applications from
