Salon Manager
to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the salon. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and managing a successful team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily running of the salon to ensure a seamless, professional, and luxurious client experience.
Uphold and enforce salon standards, ensuring the space, service, and team presentation consistently meet the expectations.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service with consistency, discretion, and care.
Manage staff schedules, appointments, and resources to optimize productivity without compromising quality (training will be supplied for our booking systems).
Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization throughout the salon in line with luxury service standards and health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure product lines are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
Support recruitment, training, and performance management to build a high-performing, service-focused team.
Handle client feedback with professionalism and resolve any issues promptly to preserve the salon's reputation.
Collaborate on marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and client engagement strategies that align with the salon's luxury brand.
Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and client retention to drive continued growth and excellence.
