The Arch Studio is a modern, independent salon in the heart of West Calder. We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality experience to every client and creating a supportive, professional environment for our team. We're now looking for a confident and capable Salon Manager to take the lead on daily operations and team coordination.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the salon, supporting the team, keeping things organised, and making sure every client receives outstanding service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership and thrives in a busy, friendly environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing daily salon operations Organising staff rotas, holidays and cover Reception duties including welcoming clients, managing bookings and handling payments Providing a consistent, client-facing presence in the salon Supporting and motivating the team Overseeing customer service and resolving any issues Handling stock control and supplier relationships Supporting marketing and social media

What we're looking for:

Previous salon experience preferred Strong organisation and communication skills Calm, reliable and approachable leadership style
