Gap Analysis Between Global Template and Local Laws

+ Identify discrepancies between the global SAP template and local statutory or fiscal compliance obligations.

Support for Legal Customizing Decisions

+ Provide expert advice on local SAP configuration options to meet legal standards, without performing hands-on implementation.

Advisory on UK/Ireland Regulatory Compliance

+ Guide HQ and project teams in aligning SAP processes with UK and Irish legal frameworks, including VAT, invoicing, and statutory reporting.

Remote Legal Consulting Across Project Lifecycle

+ Deliver remote legal consulting support throughout the project, ensuring timely responses to evolving legal questions.

Review and Clarification of Legal Requirements List

+ Audit and complete the existing list of legal and tax requirements, resolving stakeholder queries before workshops and design sessions.

Stakeholder Communication and Clarification

+ Facilitate clear and consistent communication between project stakeholders and local legal advisors on SAP-relevant topics.

Support for System Configuration Clarifications

+ Assist functional and IT teams in understanding which legal requirements require customizing in SAP.

Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Modules

+ Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI) and tax-relevant functionality.

Proficiency in Local Tax Configuration

+ Familiarity with SAP configuration related to VAT, accounting standards, and statutory reporting for the UK and Ireland.

Strong Understanding of UK/Irish Tax Regulations

+ Thorough knowledge of local fiscal rules, including VAT handling, e-invoicing, and regulatory frameworks applicable in SAP.

Experience with Electronic Reporting Standards

+ Understanding of requirements such as e-invoicing, Spesometro, Esterometro, and Intrastat within the SAP environment.

SAP Localization Project Experience

+ Proven track record in adapting global SAP templates to meet local legal and fiscal requirements during rollout projects.
