, with the possibility of additional cover days.Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the owner with
morning set-up
andend-of-day closing
Greeting and checking in clients with warmth and professionalism Answering phone calls and responding to emails Supporting therapists with day-to-day operations Keeping the reception and communal areas clean, tidy, and welcoming Handling retail sales and light administrative dutiesIdeal Candidate Will Be:
Well-polished and well-presented
, with a friendly and confident mannerPunctual
, organised, and proactive Fluent inwritten and spoken English
Social media savvy
(a bonus, not essential) Interested in thespa, beauty, or wellness industry
