About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our flooring retail studio in Tunbridge Wells. You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, providing excellent service, helping them explore flooring options, and encouraging them to book site surveys.
What you'll do:
Welcome customers into the showroom and provide friendly, professional advice Explain flooring products and help customers choose the right options Encourage and book site surveys (bonus scheme applies) Keep the showroom tidy and well-presented Assist the Studio Manager with any day-to-day tasks as required
What we're looking for:
A sales-focused, confident, and motivated individual Excellent communication skills Hardworking, reliable, and customer-service driven Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not essential - full training will be provided
