D J Davies Fuels Ltd have vacancies for Timber Process Operators at their production plant in Ammanford.

The Role

Sawing of timber on Automatic saw machines to job specific requirements. Some manual handling of large items. Maintain production levels on demand Perform daily check on machinery before and after usage ensuring machines are greased and maintained. Keeping work areas clean and tidy in line with company Health and Safety procedures. Any other duties deemed as reasonable within the scope of the job role.

Desirable Skills:

Sawing experience preferable but not essential Committed to job as other employees rely on production from saws. Work well under pressure Flexible with working overtime during busy period

Rate of pay:

Minimum wage applies along with a performance related bonus structure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-40,000.00 per year

Experience:

Press Brake Operator: 1 year (preferred)
