Permanent position. The position is available for immediate start.

PAYE 15.00 per hour. Overtime paid at 1 ? weekdays, 1 Saturdays.

Job description

:

Saw Operator/Yard Hand/Storeman required to join a rapidly growing steel fabrication business in Wickford.

Duties:

Cutting and deburring metals

Heavy lifting

Unloading, checking & labelling deliveries

Logging goods in and out of stores

Deliveries and collections in company vehicles

General yard duties

Logging fabrication information onto the system

Plant & vehicle inspections and logging information

Candidate must have:

Clean driving licence.

Previous experience in steel fabrication workshop.

Forklift licence required (training will be given to the right person).

Good timekeeping.

Trustworthy and reliable.

The Applicant must be over the age of 22 for insurance purposes.

Basic hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 16.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 16.00pm, with overtime available, (generally 3 hours per day, 6.00am - 17.30pm). Most Saturdays and some Sundays are also available (6.00am - 12.00pm)
