As ScaffoldingSupervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our site operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating workforce schedules, managing the delivery and collection of materials, and maintaining our high standards through regular site inspections and audits.
Duties
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Overseeing daily and weekly working rotas for scaffolders and trainees
Coordinating timely delivery and collection of scaffolding materials to and from site
Managing on-site logistics to support safe and efficient operations
Conducting regular site inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and quality
Supporting the Operations Manager in site and equipment audits
Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues to minimise disruption
Liaising with site managers, clients, and internal teams to maintain project timelines
Skills
Hold a current CISRS Card
Hold a clean driving licence
Good communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring all scaffolding meets safety standards and project requirements.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
