Salary:

20 - 25 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)

Hours:

Full-time, Monday-Friday generally around 41.5 hours (overtime & weekend work available)

Location:

Chesterfield-based with travel across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Midlands & surrounding regions

Start Date:

Immediate start available

About Us

Access 4 U Scaffolding Ltd is a third-generation, family run scaffolding contractor and newly

NASC-accredited

business. Following the successful acquisition of NASC accreditation, we are expanding our workforce to support a significant increase in workload.

We currently have

confirmed contracts running right through to Spring 2026

, covering domestic, commercial, industrial, and solar projects across the region.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Scaffolder to join our team and help deliver safe, high-quality access solutions on a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Erect, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding in line with TG20:21 and manufacturer guidance Work on domestic, commercial, industrial, and solar projects Maintain excellent levels of safety, professionalism, and teamwork Communicate effectively with site teams & supervisors Follow company policies, RAMS, and quality procedures

Requirements:

CISRS Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder (essential) Valid CISRS card Driving licence (preferred but not required) Class 2 Licence (preferred but not required) Strong understanding of TG20:21 and system scaffolding Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Able to run their own jobs
