Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder and labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures to support construction and maintenance activities. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Duties

Construct and assemble scaffolding systems according to project specifications and safety regulations. Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety before use. Dismantle scaffolding after project completion, ensuring all materials are accounted for. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Fabricate scaffolding components as needed to meet specific job requirements. Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to minimise risks on site.

Qualifications

Proven experience in scaffold or a related construction field is preferred. Familiarity with masonry, painting, plumbing, roofing, electrical work, or carpentry is advantageous. Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required. Valid health and safety certifications are a plus.

Pay: 80.00-160.00 per day
