We are seeking a skilled and reliable Scaffold Builder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling scaffolding structures on various sites, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Inspect scaffolding components regularly for defects or damage and report any issues immediately.
Ensure all scaffolding is securely anchored and stable before use.
Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters, roofers, electricians, and masons to facilitate smooth project progression.
Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to assemble scaffolding components accurately.
Maintain a clean work area and ensure all safety barriers and signage are correctly positioned.
Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or injuries on site.
Experience
Proven experience in scaffolding installation or related construction trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work.
Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques relevant to scaffold building.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to scaffold erection and general construction practices.
Previous experience working on large-scale projects or industrial sites is desirable but not essential. This role requires a dedicated individual capable of working safely at heights while maintaining efficiency and precision throughout each project phase.
