We work with well known and reputable contractors in the local area, to deliver 5experiences for our customers. We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures to support construction activities. This role requires a strong understanding of safety regulations and the ability to work effectively in various environments. The Scaffold Builder will collaborate with other tradespeople and ensure that scaffolding is erected safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Construct and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
Inspect scaffolding for structural integrity and safety compliance before use.
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other tradespeople to coordinate scaffold requirements.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are safe for use.
Follow all health and safety regulations on-site, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist in training junior scaffold builders or apprentices as needed.
Skills
Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools relevant to scaffold building.
Experience in fabrication techniques related to scaffolding materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
