Prime Responsibility / Role Summary
Assisting in erecting, adapting and dismantling of scaffolds, including complex scaffolding at various site locations. Organising material, handling stock and other assets in a manner which ensures operational efficiency as part of a scaffolding crew. Price work available. Rates of pay are 15.34 per hour with high bonus earning potential based on productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure safe stacking and storage of equipment in accordance with company policy and procedure
Loading and unloading vehicles
Ability to identify defective equipment and remove from service
Ensure that equipment and vehicles are maintained in a clean and tidy condition at all times
Keep equipment in good condition, segregating repairable and scrap equipment
Understanding and co-operation in all Health and Safety matters at all times
Ensure own self-knowledge is maintained and identify opportunities for training and improvement.
Ensure compliance is being met with all company policies and that appropriate procedures are developed and implemented to achieve their intent
Ensure all documents and records produced are kept secure and are reviewed to maintain validity.
Identify and agree SMART opportunities for company improvement, create action plans for achievement and monitor progress.
Attend regional accreditation assessments ensuring all local evidence is available to fulfil assessment body criteria.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be required to fulfil company requirements or following changes in legislation or policy.

All works are based on Price Work your relevant Supervisor/Manager will advise of the price associated with each task that you are assigned.

Working conditions
Significant travel across central belt sites.
Working in pressurised situations
