Scaffold Contracts Manager

Opportunity to grow the scaffolding division and take it to next level.

Duties:

Act as an ambassador for Scaffold Erection Services, maintaining the corporate image and liaising between client and supervisors on site. Manage and give leadership to the Site Service Managers and/or site teams, including recruiting and developing individuals. Monitor progress to ensure that contracts are being progressed safely, within budget and to programme. Manage clients KPIs and attend client meetings Management of the scaffold Business Gain new contracts for scaffolding Work effectively as part of the senior management team and take a "whole company" perspective to manage issues. Understand and programme and the project's scaffold requirements to ensure that they are sufficiently planned including allocating time for design and design checking, prior to construction. Manage scaffolding supervisors and mangers ensuring they are managing their teams effenitently and to TG20 standards at all times. Provide quotation and drawings for new and exisiting clients Ensure scaffolding supervisors are managing team to erect and dismantle scaffolding systems using hand tools and power tools. Ensure supervisors are managing scaffolding structures are stable, secure, and properly braced. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
