Experienced Scaffolding Estimator

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced scaffolding estimator. The right candidate will be part of our already established estimating department and be based in our Leeds depot.

Have an in-depth knowledge of the scaffolding industry and a minimum of 2 years scaffold estimating experience.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Have strong IT literacy

Be experienced in interpreting specifications, schedules, and scopes of works

Be experienced in reading and scaling building drawings

Be experienced in pricing and preparing tender enquires

Be able to prepare handover packs for secured tenders including labour budgets for the operations team.

Have experience and knowledge of the current economic trends and climate to ensure that the business remains competitive when tendering for new contracts.

Full UK Drivers Licence

The business does sometimes use Smart Scaffolder/CADS, however previous experience with this is not essential.

Key responsibilities

Pricing new tenders. Using cads to create 3D drawings. Securing works for the operations team. Building relationships with clients old and new. Attending site to carry out surveys.

Salary Negotiable dependant on experience. Good package for right candidate.
