We are seeking skilled scaffolder and labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction. Operatives will be responsible for tasks such as working at height, confined space entry, using fall protection equipment, and scaffolding installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities
Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to specifications and safety standards.
Collaborate with site managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely project completion.
Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety before use.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Follow all health and safety regulations on-site, reporting any hazards or issues immediately.
Qualifications
Proven experience in scaffold building or a related construction field.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
A valid health and safety certification is will be required as some work will involve sites.
Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
