Scaffolding Yard Manager/ Foreman - Evening Shift -
O/T: Weekends available*Salary negotiable for the right candidate
Next Generation Scaffolding is a leading scaffolding and access solutions provider serving Essex & surrounding areas. We are looking for a
hands-on Yard Manager / Foreman
with experience inmanagement and yard operations
to ensure the safety and efficiency of our yard, inventory, and scaffolding stock.Role Overview:
You'll be responsible for
loading/unloading lorries, stock control and some fleet fuelling if required
, while supervising staff to maintain safe, smooth, and organised operations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily
loading and unloading of HGVs/lorries
with scaffolding equipment. Managestock control
,inventory checks,
and yard organisation.
Superviseyard operatives and staff
to ensure tasks are completed on time. Carry out routinechecks, maintenance scheduling, and defect reporting
on materials. Liaise with transport staff and drivers to confirm schedules and ensure compliance withhealth & safety regulations
. Maintain accurate records ofstock movement and yard operations
. Promote a safe working environment in line with companyhealth & safety policies
.Requirements:
Experience as a
Yard Manager / Foreman
(scaffolding/construction industry experience preferred). Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage teams. Forklift license (desirable but not essential). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude. Flexible to work2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: 36,500.00-45,000.00 per year
