NWCE Foodservice Equipment is a leading provider of commercial catering equipment services throughout the UK. We handle installation, repair, and maintenance for a wide range of clients, and we're known for top-tier service and reliability.

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Scheduling Team Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you'll oversee the scheduling team, coordinate the daily allocation of engineers, and ensure that all customer service requests are handled efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the scheduling team, managing day-to-day operations and workflow Allocate engineers to customer sites, optimising schedules for efficiency and meeting KPIs and SLAs Communicate with both engineers and customers, confirming appointments and providing regular updates Oversee client portal updates and maintain detailed, accurate records of all service activities Monitor service requests to guarantee prompt and effective responses Provide coaching and support to scheduling staff, ensuring best practices are followed Work with the wider engineering and admin teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience in a scheduling, dispatch, or team leadership role, ideally in engineering or service industries Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service abilities Confident with CRM systems and comfortable with technology Able to work both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of commercial catering equipment is a plus, but not required
