An opportunity has arisen to join the BTR team as a Portfolio Manager and be part of our residential team located in Sale.

The Ideal Candidate



We are looking for individuals with experience in the residential property management sector. Working with your team, you'll be fundamental in ensuring all Property Management tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Customer service lies at the core of our operations, requiring a willingness to exceed expectations. We are looking for someone who cares about the people around them and is willing to go the extra mile. We would consider individuals without previous property related experience if they can demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities



The Scheduling Manager will manage the diaries and resources of approx. 25 remotely located staff across the Uk to maximise efficiency and effectiveness and drive productivity whilst maintaining customer service levels. Balance the workload across regions, ensuring fair distribution and responsiveness to real-time changes (e.g., sickness, delays, high-priority jobs) Planning ahead anticipating and responding to changes in capacity and demand to minimise disruption and maximise effectiveness. Monitor and drive adherence to KPIs and SLAs, suggesting and implementing corrective actions where required. Producing and analysing daily, weekly & monthly reports for the senior management team. Optimise the use of sub-agent network across the Region. Work with internal stakeholders to improve scheduling processes and optimise resources available. Ensure all communication and updates are accurately recorded to drive efficiency and improve utilisation.

Strong understanding of UK geography Proven experience in scheduling, workforce planning, or operational logistics Customer-first mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong IT skills: confident with Microsoft Office Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities; able to manage competing priorities under pressure. Comfortable analysing data and reporting key insights to senior stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with initiative and attention to detail.
