116 per day | Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm | Full-time | Start date 19th January

Do you have a strong eye for detail, great organisational skills and experience keeping a busy school office running smoothly?

Aspira Education is hiring a

School Administrator

to support the day-to-day running of a primary school in Sleaford . You'll handle everything from finance processes to pupil records, ensuring staff and pupils get the admin support they need.

Experience in school finance would be a bonus, though it is not essential, However school experience is necessary.

About the Role

As a School Administrator you'll:

Manage front-office duties, answering calls and welcoming visitors Maintain accurate pupil and staff records, attendance and safeguarding information Support finance tasks using school systems Liaise with staff, parents and external agencies to keep communication clear and timely
You'll work Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, term-time. This role is initially 4-6 weeks however this will be extended for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates with:

Previous experience in a school office Strong organisational and communication skills The ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain confidentiality

The right to work in the UK A clear Enhanced child DBS Two recent references A willingness to complete free online safeguarding training (Provided for free)
