This is a permanent position working 12 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (08:30 - 15:30 Mondays and Thursdays)
Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused administrator ready to make a real impact in a welcoming primary school?
We're looking for someone special to join our supportive team as a Part-Time School Administrator - a key role at the heart of our school community!
Working just two days a week (Mondays and Thursdays), you'll help keep our school running smoothly, support vital admin systems, manage communications, and be a friendly first point of contact for parents and visitors. From updating pupil records and organising school trips to keeping our website up to date - no two days are the same! This is more than just admin - it's about connecting people, boosting communication, and shaping how our school is seen and experienced by families and the wider community.
You will need strong IT and organisation skills, a can-do attitude, and the confidence to juggle tasks in a lively school environment. In return, you'll join a school that values every voice, supports professional growth, and truly puts children at the centre of everything we do.
If you love variety, value purpose in your work, and want to be part of a fun, passionate team - we'd love to hear from you!
