Oasis Academy Brightstowe is seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality administrative support across the Academy, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This varied role includes:

Managing attendance records and penalty notices Supporting office administration and reception cover Maintaining data systems (Bromcom) and accurate records Assisting with behaviour and SEND administration Coordinating educational visits and school events Supporting internal communications and publications Undertaking First Aid and medication administration (training provided)

The Ideal Candidate

Educated to Level 3 or above, with GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or higher) Excellent organisational and administrative skills Ability to prioritise and work under pressure Strong IT skills and knowledge of MIS systems (Bromcom desirable) Experience in a school setting (desirable) A proactive, flexible, and solution-focused approach Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Willingness to undertake First Aid training
