Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a
School Administrator
to play a vital role in the smooth running of our school office and wider administrative function.
As one of the first points of contact for parents, students and staff, you will provide high-quality administrative support and ensure that every task is handled with care and precision and aligned with our CARE Values.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient administrative support to staff, students and parents
Maintain accurate records and school documentation
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the office runs smoothly
Maintain the school's social media and communications
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Support on the Reception desk where required
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Enjoys working as part of a supportive and friendly team (Community & Cooperation)
Is accurate, reliable and able to prioritise a busy workload (Endeavour & Enjoyment)
Communicates effectively and positively with a range of people (Respect & Responsibility)

Is confident using IT systems and willing to learn new software

Contract:
Full-time, 37 hours per week, 8.00am - 4.00pm Mon-Thu and 8.00am - 3.30pm Friday, Term time only plus 2 inset days
Salary:
Grade E6 - 25,583 full time equivalent, reduced pro rata due to part time and term time working.
