Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations including reception duties, telephone and email communications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pupil and staff records in compliance with data protection regulations.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, supporting school leadership and staff.
Assist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
Support the administration of admissions, attendance monitoring, and pupil welfare processes.
Assist with basic financial administration such as invoicing, ordering supplies, and managing petty cash.
Requirements
Relevant administrative or secretarial qualifications or experience.
Proven experience in office administration and customer service
Awareness of data protection, safeguarding, and confidentiality requirements.
Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
