We are seeking an organised and reliable School Administrator to support our school immunisation programme from September to December. Based in Welwyn Garden City, you'll travel to schools in the community to manage digital consent forms and assist with vaccine logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to schools to check and manage student immunisation consent using an iPad
Maintain accurate records and prepare documents for visits
Support cold chain procedures and help coordinate vaccine deliveries
Act as the first point of contact for admin tasks related to the programme
Work closely with nurses, schools, and parents to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
Minimum GCSEs (Grade C or above in English & Maths)
Excellent IT skills, including iPad use
Strong communication and organisational skills
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
Experience in schools or with children is a plus
