We are seeking a

friendly, organised, and professional School Administrator

to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role at the heart of the school, supporting pupils, staff, and families while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

About the Role




As School Administrator, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support, acting as a key point of contact for visitors, parents, staff, and external agencies. You will work closely with school leadership to ensure high standards of organisation, communication, and safeguarding are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, including reception duties, telephone calls, and emails Maintain accurate pupil and staff records in line with data protection regulations Coordinate appointments, meetings, and school events Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation Support admissions, attendance monitoring, and pupil welfare processes Work collaboratively with staff, pupils, parents, and external professionals Maintain confidentiality and promote pupil and staff wellbeing Participate in training and ongoing professional development Actively promote and embed the school's EPIC values

What We're Looking For



Essential



Previous experience in office administration and customer service GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills Strong understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection Friendly, approachable, discreet, and reliable Commitment to professional conduct and pupil wellbeing

Desirable



Experience working in a school or education setting Knowledge of school management systems (e.g. SIMS) Relevant administrative or secretarial qualifications
