Job Description

Are you a dynamic and creative School Administrator, looking to join a fantastic new school community? We would like to welcome you to Bright Fields School!

If you're passionate about fostering a love for learning, embracing diversity and have a knack for organisation and time management, we want to hear from you! In this role you will not only be supporting our Headteacher in the day-to-day admin tasks, but also working in partnership with the Recruitment and Operations team to ensure we have an outstanding school.

Our key aim is to deliver exceptional education and support for children and young people, identified as having ASD and other categories of Special Educational Need. As a member of Bright Fields School, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a community, that is actively making a real difference in the lives of our students and their families.

What do we need:

Management & Organisational Skills



Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively and demonstrate a commitment to working as part of a school community that cares. Partnership & Community Engagement Proven experience of working collaboratively and effectively with parents, stakeholders and the wider community. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and excellent time management skills whilst supporting others.

Knowledge



Understanding of equality of opportunity, safeguarding, child protection, and inclusion issues within an SEN setting. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of and affinity with the SofiNo Education and Bright Fields School values and purpose. Problem-Solving Ability to quickly identify and address operational challenges, ensuring appropriate follow-up and communication to all relevant parties. Ability to work both independently and make a positive contribution to a team.

Communication



Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, tailored to engage effectively with students, parents/carers, stakeholders and colleagues.

Experience



Experience in a the same or a similar role. Experience and proficiency in using Office 365 essential
