Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our school, supporting in the smooth running of the Prep School office.

We are looking for a self-motivated and hardworking individual who has previous administration experience. The successful candidate will have experience in office administrative practices and delivering a high level of customer service. In addition, you will be a team player with a positive "can do" attitude, flexible approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.

You will be involved in all aspects of the everyday operations, including welcoming visitors, overseeing the daily completion of pupil registers, updating and maintaining databases and providing support to the Office Manager.

Previous experience within an educational setting would be an advantage but is not essential.

The post is permanent, 30 hours a week (12:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday) plus 4 Saturdays (term time) a year on a rota basis (8:00 - 12:30).
