To act as an ambassador for the school when welcoming parents, families and visitors, providing a professional first point of contact. To deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support across the school, including assisting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and contributing to the school's vision, values and commitment to meeting the needs of all children.
General Administration
Ensure a welcoming and professional reception for all visitors and families.
Maintain electronic filing systems.
Produce documents, updates and communications in a professional and timely manner.
Finance & Office Administration
Process orders and invoices in line with Trust procedures.
Collect and record monies received via digital platforms.
Complete named finance tasks set by the School Business Manager.
Maintain stock and supplies, including first aid kits, cataloguing and distributing as needed.
Pupil Administration
Collate and record personal data and consents, ensuring accurate upload to the MIS.
Set up ParentPay accounts for new pupils and communicate relevant information clearly.
Maintain and update pupil files in line with school and Trust procedures.
Extended Provision
Administer booking and payment systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Support staff, providers and families with clubs across the school.
Produce weekly reports for school milk and pupil lunches.
Leadership and Governance Support
Provide dedicated administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team as required.
General Duties
Carry out any other reasonable administrative duties as requested by the School Business Manager or Senior Leadership Team.
