The Governors and Senior Leadership Team of Scapegoat Hill Junior and Infant School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly skilled, and motivated School Business Manager to join our dedicated team.

We are looking for a candidate who:

Has a strong understanding of school business management, including finance, HR and premises. Is highly reflective and driven to make continuous improvements. Demonstrates excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, governors, and external partners. Can manage resources efficiently to support high standards of teaching and learning. Understands the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality in all aspects of school operations.
